1. What is a Google Local Listing?

Google Places Local Listings are one of the easiest ways to promote your business online. By listing your business in Google Places you can increase your company’s visibility online by 60%.

4. How long does it take to get listed?

Once our team has received all the information we need, the average time is 15 business days. Verification by Google and other search engines is required and beyond our control.

5. Are there long contract terms?

NO! Pay as you go. However, it is highly recommended that you keep your listing active for at least 3 months to allow people the opportunity to find your services.  After 90 days, if we have not ranked your selected keywords or phrases on the first page of Google Places, you will receive a complete refund of your money.  No hassle and no questions asked.

6. How many keywords will I get?

We will optimize your page for 4 primary keywords. Additional plans are available for more search terms. Please speak with one of our Technical Search Experts for more details.

7. How can I cancel my serivce?

To cancel service, simply submit it in writing via fax to: 561-908-6665

8. Is there a set-up fee?

No, its just $199 for the first month and then $149 each month thereafter, depending on your package.

9. What is the radius covered by the listing from the business owner’s zip code?

These listings are effective for towns/cities more than 10 miles from your actual location address.

10. Can I get a listing in a different city or state? What do I have to do in the way of getting an address?

Yes. This will be a seperate listing from your primary address. However, you will need an additional physical mailing address. These can be rented at locations like Mail Boxes Etc or UPS. The price varies depending on the company you choose.

11. Is there a way to track my results of this campaign?

Yes. Google provides statics on clicks and views with a 48 hour delay. Additional tracking can be set up on your website to track click-throughs.

12. Do you also provide listings in Yahoo or Bing?

Yes, each search engine is a separate listing and verification process. Thus, each additional search engine listing would be an additional $75 per month.
